Your certified FBD planner will collaborate with you to produce an unforgettable event that will be tailored to you + your fiancé. From finding the perfect locale to your last dance, we will be with you every step of the way.

During a complimentary initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to look through portfolios, learn more about our services + ask questions. Once we determine what services are needed through this consultation, a proposal will be created customized especially to your needs.

Full Service Planning

This is the package that has me most involved as your wedding planner. I start off working with you in the very beginning, helping you to develop your theme and overall design, as well as building out your entire timeline. I work with your vendors, manage communication with them, invest time and research into finding you the best price possible for each area of the wedding, help you with looking into venues, and honestly, anything else you really need!

You can consider me your go-to gal, day or night, when you have questions or need help. This also includes having me plan and manage your rehearsal, as well as being there the entire time on your wedding day. I coordinate the ceremony and reception from start to finish, ensuring everything goes according to plan and that you don't have a single worry in the world.

With years of experience, Felicia By Design will help you avoid costly oversights + mistakes. We help you to build a realistic budget + connect you with the right vendors for you that fit your style and needs.

The last thing you want on your wedding day is to have to worry about managing your vendors and dealing with any last minute hiccups - and believe me, it happens.

You've begun planning + thought you were well on the way to planning the wedding of a lifetime, but you quickly realized you can't do this alone. You need a professional.

If you are getting overwhelmed with the mounting amount of details, working endless hours, or simply need some direction + guidance to get you back on track, Felicia By Design can help. With years of experience, we know what works + what doesn't. We take what you've already planned + coordinate it with the remaining stages of planning a celebration. Many brides select this package because it allows them to be completely involved, yet have the help of an experienced planner to execute their ideas.

Limited One Month Planning

For the month of your wedding

This package allows you to put together the big picture while leaving the organizing details to us.

This is also a great option for destination clients who expect to have limited time in town the weeks and months leading up to the wedding. This package ensures you have the proper guidance for your timeline, as well as to modify plans and ensure all is taken care of and coordinated throughout the rehearsal and on the wedding day.

We review all of your vendor contracts, do a site visit + walk-through, go over floor plans, timeline, setup + flow of the wedding. You will have unlimited correspondence with your planner during the month prior to your wedding.

On the day of your wedding, we will be there to supervise + oversee set up, direct vendors, assist wedding party + families, place all items (including favors) out + assist with final payments to vendors.

This package includes 10 hours of overseeing setup, event orchestration + break-down*. Additional hours + services can be added on.

*Includes collecting personal items + decor for clients, but does not involve chair or table breakdown labor.
