Felicia + Team

The team you can trust to orchestrate every
moment + special detail of your celebration.

(And whom you’d also love to meet for happy hour.)

We—the FBD Team—have been planning weddings together for over a decade. We’re happy to report our client-vendor arrangements often become bonafide friendships, and our couples + their parents are some of our very favorite people.

Felicia D. Rabb

"...all of those hours perusing Pinterest, all those endless decisions, all those special details-  I get to make them come to life.”

The Owner + Lead Wedding Planner

Felicia, owner + lead planner, has been doing events in the gulf coast area for over six years.

With a background in marketing, she first got her taste for events while working as a marketing coordinator for a local orthodontist. When she began planning the client events, the rest was history. She quickly fell in love with creating unique + detailed celebrations that brought people together.

Throughout her extensive career as an event planner, she has worked for well-known organizations, such as the Studer Community Institute + Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida, gaining valuable knowledge + event experience along the way.

When she’s not planning weddings + events (or thinking about planning weddings + events), she’s most likely on the water. She loves paddle boarding + frequently visits different beaches with her mini German Shepherd, Sniper. She also has a potbelly pig named Hamilton Oliver. If you're lucky, you'll hear him oinking in the background during a call with her!

She also absolutely loves to travel + she’s so excited many brides are taking her all over this year!

She adores bows, macarons + peonies, and she loves when you want all three of those at your event!

Morgan Ryan Watkins

The Associate Planner

Morgan is not only Felicia’s very best friend + closest confidant, but also her right-hand person. Morgan started out helping her best friend behind the scenes with little projects, not realizing she was going to fall completely in love with events + weddings.

She grew up helping friends + family members with all sorts of celebrations, so it came as no surprise that she had a natural eye for detail + talent for design.

From keeping a meticulous planner with daily activities to color coordinating her own home, she’s always had a knack for keeping things beautiful and on time.

As Felicia By Design’s first associate planner, she brings a fresh set of eyes + a different design perspective.

When Morgan isn’t putting together beautiful balloon arches + charcuterie displays, she’s with her Boykin Spaniel, Lady May, or her brand new baby girl, Madalyn Blake.

Balancing all those activities is nothing for Morgan; after all, she’s a natural when it comes to 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙤𝙨.

Brooke Moore

The Assistant Coordinator

Brooke has always loved event planning; it's truly her passion. She loves having every detail planned out + making sure it is showcased in a way unique to the celebrator.

"I have always been the one to plan all my family events + coordinate everything. I fell in love with the chaos of it all after working at a fine dining restaurant in Orange Beach, AL. I was promoted to putting together holiday events + I knew then that I loved it and wanted to do it forever.

In the Fall of 2018, I decided to switch my major to events. I graduated in 2019 with a double degree in Hospitality Management and Event Planning. While in school, I began volunteering for Joy of Life on the Gulf Coast + was the event planner for the St. Judes Mardi Gras Ball.

I have always loved weddings, and I promise I cry at every single one of them. To me, wedding planning is not about the perfectness of the day but the people in it who make it perfect.  I will strive to make sure your day is as perfect as it can be.

When I am not helping coordinate weddings, I either am at home with a book in my hand, working on designs for a t-shirt company I own, or spending downtime with my husband, Jake Moore, and my Treeing Walker Coonhound, Jaxon."

Briana Knight

The Yoga Instructor + Mindfulness Educator

Wedding preparations can be stressful. Adding a fully-customized yoga practice to the planning stages or day of the wedding helps grooms, brides, their family + friends be present, relax, celebrate, and find a deeper enjoyment of the events.

It’s important to note that these sessions are geared for BOTH the beginner and the advanced yogi.

Briana can host these sessions on the beach, come to the location you or staying, or host at her studio.
